In our 30 years of experience, we have stepped out of that frame out of necessity, but this is where our true passion resides. We definitely prefer working with like-minded artists rather than dreadful corporations. Here is all you need to know about our available services.
Lyrics videos
Price: 150€ per minute
Living in Iceland gives us a great advantage, of course, when it comes to filming nature, although we are not at all bound to that. We have a drone for aerial shots and use the best programs available for post-production. All videos get delivered in 4K resolution. The jobs do come with revision options without any extra cost. Some people like their album visuals on Youtube to be a little bit more than just a cover that doesn't even fit on the screen because of its dimensions. We can take care of this for you quickly. This one price is fixed, no matter the length of your release. Here are examples:

There are many factors at work when it comes to putting monetary value on a music video.
If it has a story, we start by creating a storyboard. If it needs actors, we have to find them, of
course. If it showcases the band playing in the video, that also needs careful planning and organising. Then there is the question of locations and even location scouting. But music
videos do not necessarily have to be complicated or costly. Here below are a couple of examples. The first one is Fortíð's "Son of a Barren Land", that is shot all across the country during the course of a few weeks. The second video is Katla's "Hvítamyrkur", made right
outside our house in 30 minutes, but is by no means less effective. It's all a matter of what you aim to display.
Mixing
Price starts at 300€ per song with revisions
If the song has a basic band lineup within a reasonable time (4-5 minutes) I will not be
charging anything extra. But if it is a grand 10-minute-long, magnum opus with 80 channels,
that's a different scenario. We can negotiate a fair price before beginning. Here are a couple
of albums mixed (and mastered) by me.
Mastering for CD and online
Price: 400€ for a full album with revisions
This includes a press-ready DDP (CD image) for the press factories, plus a different volume
of online masters. For vinyl mastering, I can not recommend myself with a clear conscience,
as it requires a specific kind of wizardry. I have, however, done it before without any major disaster, and am willing to try upon request, including a PQ sheet, for an additional 200 Euros.
Logo Design
Price: 350€ with revisions
Tree branch logos are an interesting type of artform for sure, but in our minds, despite countless cool attempts, they never got any better than they did for Darkthrone. We always
aim for something more unique. A professional logo is something you can throw any colour on with a couple of mouse clicks without running into any problems. We deliver vectorized logos, meaning you can scale them up to a billboard size without losing any details. You will also get
a full PDF document displaying guidelines and different versions of the logo (print, online,
social media). Here are some of our designs:
Layout Design
Price: Vinyl 300€, CD 300€ (Up to 16 pages), Tape 200€ with revisions
We offer a professional, print-ready layout package for any physical format. We can include some of our stock photography and backgrounds, or use whatever is provided by the band.
Any graphic design is additional work, which we are always open to negotiating, but will
surely include extra fees. Here are a couple of examples of our work for CD and vinyl layouts.
